Interior Designer

Job Description

  • Undertake design project from concept to completion

  • Define project requirements and schedule during the brief

  • Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

  • Set costs and project fees according to budget

  • Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

  • Writes, edits and coordinates technical descriptions specifying material qualities and properties, utilizing knowledge of material standards, industrial processes, and manufacturing procedures.

  • Produce sample and mood products

  • Producing 3 D perspectives sketches for the conceptual stage

  • Producing image boards and preparing sample boards for the interior design works

  • Supervise work progress

  • Research and follow industry changes, evolution and best practices


  •  Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field and a minimum 2-5 years’ of interior design experience

  • Experience working on tenant improvement projects

  • Great client facing skills.

  • Experience in both architecture and interior design field, with luxurious projects such as restaurants, hotels, events,etc...

  • Expertise in production of working drawings: floor plans, furniture plans, finish, floor and wall treatment schedules, interior elevations and isometrics, renderings, etc.

  • Excellent user in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup/3DMax, InDesign and Photoshop.

  • The ability to create and translate design concepts into 2D and 3D.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver work to deadlines

  • Solid experience with MEP plan implementation & structural engineering.

Project Manager 

Job Description

  • Review and validate working documents (drawings), work’s preparation, sub-contracting, purchase orders and deliveries. 

  • Oversee the implementation of the Scope of Work as per the Contract requirements • Manage the relationship with all key stakeholders 

  • Follow and adhere to world class Quality Control procedures for all deliverable

  • Adhere to the project approved budget .

  • Implement project budgets and resources, enforce project standards, technical reviews, manage team allocation, mobilize qualified personnel and specified tasks and prepare monthly progress reports. 

  • Review and approve subcontractor’s invoices


  • B.Sc. Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience.

  • Extensive record in managing large projects that involve top quality standards.

  • Past experience with Hospitality projects is an asset.
