Digital Marketing Specialist

 
 

The digital marketing specialist is primarily responsible for developing strategies, planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brands, products, and services, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, email marketing and search engine optimization, among others. Also, in charge of audience segmentation, conducting market research, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends

 

Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Creating Digital media strategies and campaigns, including budget planning, targeting, content ideation, and implementation schedules.

  • Creating engaging written content in the form of Newsletters, web pages, blog content, or social media content.

  • Ensuring brands' consistency across digital media platforms following individual brand’s guidelines and strategy.

  • Growing the individual brand’s digital media presence on existing platforms and expanding into new relevant social media platforms.

  • Researching the activity of our competitors.

  • Planning, implementing and monitoring online and offline advertising campaigns in line with budgets, brand and business objectives.

  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, firebase, and Facebook Insights and any other tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s performance of digital marketing efforts and performance.

  • Monitoring user engagement, suggesting and supervising content  and keywords optimization

  • Monitor and manage SEO, marketing database and digital marketing campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and generate monthly reports for each brand

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years’ experience managing commercial social media platforms.

  • Ability to write inspirational and grammatically correct copy that speaks to the target audience.

  • Data-led mindset, with ability to interpret and analyze data to inform and improve content planning.

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build strong relationships and manage key stakeholders

  • Resourceful work style, offering a variety of alternate solutions to creative problems.

  • Able to problem solve and multitask in a rapidly changing environment, with changing priorities and sometimes tight deadlines.

  • Hospitality & Event management experience is welcomed.

  • ·Must be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team and have a proactive attitude.
